Shipping & Returns
General Terms:
Home Décor Worldwide reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The updated version will be published on www.homedecorworldwide.com with immediate effect. If you refuse to accept the policy, you are deemed to have waived the use of the services provided by Home Décor Worldwide immediately. All buyers or suppliers are deemed to accept the rules when they use the services provided by Home Décor Worldwide. Home Décor Worldwide shall publish its Return & Refund Policy on the product detail page. In case of a conflict between Home Décor Worldwide’s policy and the seller’s policy, Home Décor Worldwide’s policy shall prevail.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Refund Request Timing
Buyers should file a return & refund request within 20 days of the delivery date (except in cases where suppliers have agreed on a different after-sales period).
If the request exceeds this period, the supplier reserves the right to not provide any after-sales service.
2. Order Cancellation:
Before an order is shipped, the buyer has the right to apply for cancellation by reaching out via www.homedecorworldwide.com/contact-us.
Some suppliers do not accept order cancellations before shipping, and the supplier must accept or reject the cancellation request within 3 business days.
3.Supplier's Right to Cancel:
If the supplier cannot fulfill the buyer’s order due to no stock or other conditions, the supplier has the right to cancel the order and refund it.
4. Damaged or Broken Goods:
If the buyer receives goods that are damaged or broken and applies for a refund with compelling evidence, the supplier must provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days for returning the damaged goods.
Home Décor Worldwide will refund the buyer once the return shows as “in transit” on the logistics website.
5.Non-Defective Returns:
Home Décor Worldwide will not require the supplier to accept “non-defective remorse returns.” The supplier has the right to accept or reject the request as per their own policy displayed on the Home Décor Worldwide product page.
6. Restocking & Repacking Fee:
f the supplier accepts a return for a non-defective product, a restocking & repacking fee may be applied, which will not exceed 35% of the total order price, in line with Home Décor Worldwide’s policy.
7. Warranty:
Home Décor Worldwide does not require the supplier to offer warranty services. The supplier’s warranty policy, if any, will be provided separately.
8. Refund & Redelivery Time:
Refunds should be processed within 3 business days and redelivery within 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the supplier.
9. Compelling Evidence:
The buyer must provide compelling evidence of the issue when submitting an after-sales request. If the evidence is not clear, Home Décor Worldwide or the supplier has the right to reject the refund request. The final decision on the validity of the evidence will be determined by Home Décor Worldwide.
Refund & Return Guidelines
1. Unshipped Orders:
If the return & refund request is made after the stated processing time, Home Décor Worldwide will refund the order.
If the return & refund request is made within the stated processing time, the supplier has 3 business days to process the request. If the supplier does not process the request within this time, Home Décor Worldwide will refund the order.
2. Shipped Orders:
If the return & refund request is made after the order has shipped, the supplier has 10 business days to process the request. If the supplier fails to process the request, Home Décor Worldwide will refund the order.
3. Goods Returned in Transit:
If the package is returned to the supplier during transit, the supplier must process the refund within 3 business days or redelivery within 5 business days of the request.
4. Destroyed Goods in Transit:
If the goods are destroyed during transit, the supplier must process the refund within 3 business days or redelivery within 5 business days after receiving the buyer’s refund request.
5. Wrong Receipt Information:
If the buyer provides wrong receipt information, they must contact the supplier or Home Décor Worldwide to correct the order information. If the goods are delivered to the wrong address, the buyer is responsible for returning the items at their own expense.
6. Defective Products:
If the buyer detects any issues like damaged packaging, wrong products, or other quality issues, they must submit a refund or redelivery request with valid proof (e.g., photos/videos). The supplier should respond within 3 business days. If proof is valid, the supplier must either refund the order or initiate redelivery.
7. Logistics Issues:
If the tracking number is invalid, Home Décor Worldwide will refund the order if the supplier does not provide a correct tracking number within 4 business days.
If there is no tracking update for more than 7 business days, Home Décor Worldwide will require the supplier to refund the order within 3 business days.
If the shipping period exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more, the buyer may apply for a refund, and Home Décor Worldwide will require the supplier to refund the order within 3
8. Special Circumstances:
In cases of holidays, COVID-19, or other abnormal situations, the buyer must contact Home Décor Worldwide or the supplier to resolve any goods or logistics issues. Home Décor Worldwide will assist the buyer within 2 weeks of notification.
9. Dispute Resolution:
If the buyer is unsatisfied with the resolution for after-sales issues, they have the right to open a dispute with Home Décor Worldwide to resolve the matter.
The buyer has the right to apply for a full refund for the order that was not shipped out within the stated processing time (subject to the estimated processing time displayed on the order page).
